Ordering Guide
Step 1
Browse our clothing selection from SanMar by clicking the pink navigation links. We have nine categories for you to choose from ranging from t-shirts to outerwear. Haven't found what you are looking for in our selection? Click on the SanMar link located at the bottom of the page to view the complete SanMar catalog or contact us by phone at 425-743-9784.
Step 2
Once you select an item, all customers have the option to choose the size(s), color(s) and quantity for your order. For orders that need multiple size and colors options, click the "add more" link underneath the size dropdown field. Once you have made your selections press the blue "Continue" button.
Step 3
Now you will need to choose a method for adding your designs or logo to the selected garment(s). Pick whether to have your design added to the item using the following processes: embroidery, vinyl lettering, or direct to garment printing. To learn more about what method would work best for your project click here. Once a process has been chosen select the blue "Continue" button.
Step 4
We have eight designated areas where you can add designs to your selected garment. These areas include: upper left chest, upper right chest, center chest, left shoulder, right shoulder, upper back, center back, and lower back. Click on the section you wish to add a design and complete the upload form. First select the browse icon and choose the file you wish to upload. Note only files with the following extensions will be allowed: jpg, gif, png, bmp, and tif. Next you will need to set the dimensions for your design. Then click the upload button and in the left navigation menu you should see that an item has been uploaded by the tab changing to a darker blue color with text that states "Design Uploaded." Repeat this process for how many designs you wish to add and when you are finish click the "Add to Bag" button located at the bottom left of the page.
Step 5
Review your order and make any adjustments necessary to the quantity or remove unwanted items. Then click the blue "Request a Quote" button.
Step 6
Add your personal information so we will be able to contact you regarding your quote. Please fill out the form completely and enter the proper security code before clicking the "Submit" button. We will respond to your quote within two business days. You may either approve or reject our quote. If you approve the quote you will be directed to the checkout page where you will be able to purchase your order through our PayPal gateway. Don't have PayPal; don't worry as PayPal now allows you to enter your billing and credit card information without the need to sign up for an account. Once we have received payment we will process the order.
